Yes! All the time! Though I'm not as good as I should be, I know I need fruit, veggies, lean protein, whole grains, and exercise to combat the BIC lifestyle of a writer/correspondence teacher. Sure, I skip workouts sometimes and eat too many sweets, and may pay for it with a headachy feeling or mid-afternoon slump. But I try to be good. :)
